Nothing really If I have to chose 1 good thing I would say Location was good - I am only referring about the one at 2 curtains ( looks like they will book you to the different apartments depends on their availability ) I have booked again later in the week showing the same apartment on my confirmation. It does not say they may book to different apartment and I am sure I booked to 2 curtains on biking.com just because it's close to the office. They put me in the totally different location on my later stay which made it difficult to get to the office as now it made it two stations walk. So I can not really say location is good if they book you to the different apartment than it shows in the Booked.net That's the only good point about here But nothing else. I only find the check in is totally different location once booking is confirmed. If I knew I had to take tube just to check in then have to commute to the apartment again, I would not have booked this apartment. They should write the note about this. Staff said key may not work well but if I try many times it will work eventually. it did not work and I called to send someone, they said 10-15 mins someone will come, after 30mins they called again to ask if I managed to open. I didn't and they said they will send someone. I finally managed to open the door after an hour of trying and called them to only here they already sent someone and on his way. Staff's attitude was not professional. They have no emotion control and if I asked something they don't like they can't handle. I know I should not expect Japanese standard of service as its U.K. But paying quite a lot of money to receive this crap is not acceptable. Apartment isn't clean but you have to pay £40 for cleaning fee on top of you pay showing on Booked.net They won't change the towel / linen nor do anything while you stay so if you stay for a while you will end up using the same towel. Washing machine is not clean. I did not put any breach but my white clothes turned to be greyish. I will not use recommend to stay this place.
